I have been working on acquisition marketing campaigns which promote and target new British Airways American Express Credit Card members.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, I have been given project management responsibilities throughout the internship. I have also been given creative responsibility and timeline management has been an integral aspect to my internship.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt about the development of marketing campaigns, how campaigns are created and the processes involved. I have learnt about marketing strategy and how to target specific audiences. I have also developed my soft skills and relationship management techniques when conversing with various stakeholders.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I received lots of support and guidance throughout the whole internship. I always had someone to ask if I had a question and my manager provided me with consistent feedback throughout.
