Overall, how would you describe your experience at American Express?
It’s a great company to work for - you are constantly supported and can always ask for help. I have had the chance to really integrate into the team and feel like a valued member
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I am mainly responsible for uplifts and enhancements to the online journey when it comes to applying for an Amex card. What I enjoy the most is the cross collaboration between teams and the opportunity to learn
