Overall, how would you describe your experience at CBRE Group?
The graduate scheme has been absolutely brilliant! I have really enjoyed my 2 years at CBRE so far, and have received great support from both my team and the wider Next Gen team. I would definitely recommend this graduate scheme to others!
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have solely worked in Property Management, where I have had full exposure to the service charge process, and have conducted many inspections of various asset classes. I have also been involved with the strategy side with clients, which has been very interesting. I mostly enjoy the variety of my role, as each day is different.

As the support we receive as a new starter, and especially being a graduate or apprentice, I believe CBRE offers one of the best schemes in the industry.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to CBRE Group?
Reach out to people who are currently at the company, especially recent graduates and apprentices who have gone through the process. This can be done through LinkedIn. I would also research the company, and any recent news articles or posts on social media about things that have taken place, especially if you are applying for a role in a regional office.
