Overall, how would you describe your experience at CBRE Group?
I’ve really enjoyed my experience at CBRE Group. The environment has been welcoming, and everyone has been incredibly supportive, which has made my time here both rewarding and positive.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibilities have included gaining exposure to different areas of the business through three rotations across various departments. In each rotation, I was trusted to lead projects, which allowed me to develop my technical knowledge which helped me towards my chartership. I particularly enjoyed the variety of work and the opportunity to take ownership of tasks, as it gave me a sense of responsibility and helped me build confidence in delivering results

I would recommend CBRE to a friend because it offers a supportive and collaborative environment, excellent opportunities for professional development, and exposure to a wide range of projects and departments. The culture encourages learning and growth, and you’re given real responsibility early on, which makes the experience both rewarding and valuable.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to CBRE Group?
I would recommend showing a genuine passion for real estate and demonstrating that interest throughout the process. It’s also important to do thorough research using publicly available sources to understand the industry and CBRE’s role within it. Being informed not only helps you stand out but also shows commitment and curiosity.
