Responsible for supporting the buying team by completing product set-ups, competitor analysis
and updating supplier meeting notes whilst working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail

I received lots of support throughout the year. I had monthly catch ups with my manager and quarterly catch ups with HR.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Generally welcoming and supportive atmosphere. However, there were lots of redundancies throughout the year which made the atmosphere very tense.

What advice would you give to others applying to N Brown Group
I enjoyed my time at N Brown and learnt a lot, however the constant redundancies have made the workplace tense. Even placement students can potentially be made redundant so I wouldn’t recommend applying now.
