Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Frazer-Nash Consultancy?
The people are really friendly and the office has a good vibe. You are able to travel around and go to different offices, and the rules on hybrid working are very relaxed.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
As a graduate I have had a range of responsibilities, from developing skills as an engineer in a large scale project to leading and preparing bids for work. I have also been selected to manage project that I won from a bid, and have been given training in order to be prepared.

What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

How would you rate Frazer-Nash Consultancy initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?
2/5
Our owners (KBR) have been very controlling on EDI policies and have shut down a lot of employee resource groups over the past year. They have since launched "All in" but it's limited to one office (Leatherhead) which is tiny and we have to be very careful around what social committees can and can't organise. It is a shame because everyone in the company is very inclusive, there is a diverse range of people and there's lots to get involved in.
How would you rate Frazer-Nash Consultancy CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?
3/5

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Frazer-Nash Consultancy to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It's a good place to work and everyone is very welcoming
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
5/5
I was offered a job through a summer placement with FNC, so I knew exactly what to expect coming into the graduate role.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Frazer-Nash Consultancy?
Because I was a summer student before, there was a mix up of comms and I was missed out of a lot of emails surrounding events leading up to starting as a graduate, such as online coffee chats.
