Overall, how would you describe your experience at Frazer-Nash Consultancy?
Great, everyone is so lovely and welcoming. The managers look after you. Also they are very happy with paying for exams and studying that are useful to you and your career.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
As a graduate, the main role at the start is supporting the rest of your team with the more time consuming tasks. As you get further along, you get a bit more responsibility in perhaps leading a smaller job.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Private health care is included, as well as benefits like will writing, pensions
other benefits like gyms, dental etc. is a salary deduction

They are very happy for you do complete upskilling tasks and exams

There are a lot of training opportunities with online courses that are free, some which they pay for you to complete. Also any tasks that you are unsure about, people are willing to help you and teach you as you work

How is the support you receive?

Talk to as many people as possible in and around your team, everyone is more than happy to give 15-30 mins to have an introduction meeting and explain more about the job and their experiences.
Line managers like to have a 1-1 meeting every 1/2 weeks to catch up and see how you're getting on, but are also around to message whenever you need support

The atmosphere in the office is great, everyone is welcoming. There are also wellbeing activities that are put on in the office.
Even when working remotely, you still get the support from your colleagues.
