Overall, how would you describe your experience at CBRE Group?
Good - they offer a lot of support and training, although some admin regarding rotations etc can be a bit lacking.

First rotation - retail agency

To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Whilst I am aware that our salary is at a similar level to our competing firms, I do not feel I am remunerated enough especially when CBRE are the largest commercial real estate company in the world. As someone living and paying rent in London, dealing with the cost of living rising but our salaries not matching this inflation, I do struggle financially.

Great support; nice to have so many people your age; there is something for everyone; sector leader so a good place to start.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to CBRE Group?
As a non-cognate, I felt that having a non-traditional real estate background was actually a positive as CBRE value 'diversity of thought'.
