What I enjoy most about the role is the variety of work and the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues across different disciplines. I particularly appreciate being involved in site visits and inspections, where I can apply technical knowledge in real-world scenarios. The role offers a great balance between office-based tasks and on-site experience, which keeps the work engaging and helps me develop a well-rounded skill set.
