Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Frazer-Nash Consultancy?
Excellent, all my team members are supportive and knowledgeable. Corporate processes are well documented and on-boarding was very smooth. Compared to my previous work experience, the care and attention applied to employee wellbeing and the respect for employee time is night and day.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My work is similar to mechatronics i.e. there are various deliverables of electronic, programming, manufacturing and mechanical design. I enjoy the breadth of the work. Being able to do all these things simultaneously is generally not common in my field, which makes my job even more enjoyable.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

By month three, I have delivered several work packages which include physical test-units as well as entirely software-based packages.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

I received a joining bonus as well as a good salary. The company offers a large number of benefits including private health, car leasing, enhanced paternity pay.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Yes, professional development is also a focus at FNC. My chartership process will be supported by the company and includes a bonus for its completion. Employees around me are also very well supported in their growth.
