Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I worked as a front-end engineer. I developed areas of the website, picking up Jira tickets with tasks to complete ranging from simple edits to more complex tasks that could last multiple days to weeks. I participated and led various meetings.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I was expected to complete the same tasks as any other employee with a similar role to my own in my team.

I received as much guidance as I asked for. There was always someone willing to help if I ever got stuck. My line manager and team lead encourage me to take work outside of my comfort zone and helped me develop many skills I otherwise wouldn't have.
