Overall, how would you describe your experience at Frazer-Nash Consultancy?
Overall positive. Much opportunity to find our footing as grads. Can take time to get first project and feel in limbo for a while when first joining.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
No real 'scheme' to the graduate programme. Are treated like any other employee joining just with more support and events for grads. I.e. no rotation within the company
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Feel like any other member of the team. There is no 'grad' banner against yourself.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Is different depending what team you join. All grads get a different experience because there is no rotation.

Very people centered. Although this is not always reflected by the actions of the senior leadership team.
