Overall, how would you describe your experience at Frazer-Nash Consultancy?
The company has a fantastic, supportive culture, which gives you the agency to control your own career path and the work you do.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The work is highly varied. Some projects I will project manage, and others I will be responsible for technical work only. This mix keeps things fresh and has allowed me to explore a wide variety of roles.

The pay is very good, with regular pay reviews as part of the grad scheme. There is also a bonus and profit-sharing scheme

There are lots of opportunities to do varied work, allowing you to explore different roles and areas of engineering

Most of the learning comes through hands-on work alongside experienced engineers, but there is also training available for a wide range of skills

The company's work-life balance is excellent. There is no expectation to work very late or over weekends; this does occasionally happen, but it is a rare exception
