Overall, how would you describe your experience at Cisco?
Overall, my experience at Cisco has been a great one. The culture is one that is supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented. There are multiple opportunities for continuous learning and career development, where I am surrounded by a strong group of individuals who help you to achieve your goals. Though difficult to navigate sometimes due to the vastness of the Cisco world, there is always someone can is willing to point you in the right direction. There are also various inclusive communities you can join and engage in outside of your working responsibilities as well as fun activities planned with the team every so often.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Responsibilities
-comprehensive bootcamp training across the Cisco portfolio
-customer facing engagement at conferences/ hosting at booths
-rotation in a team to gain working experience with customers as an associate solutions engineer
I enjoy all aspects of my role and have had continuous support to grow,
