Overall, how would you describe your experience at Cisco?
It is absolutely amazing. I feel very well supported and I can visibly see the investment the company is making in me. I get to learn new skills and topics every day and I get to apply these in various ways. The inclusive and supportive culture is absolutely fantastic.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and platform owners.
Brainstorming ideas and strategies for AI projects, user testing, and process improvement.
Managing projects such as AI enhancement, license management, and process improvements.
Creating blueprints and pilots for new solutions, including AI-driven systems and governance automation.
Building and coding solutions, including automations in Airtable and other platforms.
Exploring AI models, machine learning techniques, and coding enhancements.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
