Great, although would love more support of any type for graduates if we are in so-called "graduate jobs"

Various programming tasks, I enjoy setting up my own work schedule

Working remotely is a challenge, I sometimes feel not seen. Not Cisco's but overall industry's fault.

Overall, as an employee, it's great. Like I said, maybe I'd appreciate an extra graduate help (like company-led workshops on developing your soft skills etc), like many other tech giants have.
