I received a lot of support, my line manager was really helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone gave time to help me out when I needed it.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture is really friendly, Lloyds is a great place to work, it isn't very stressful and the hours are good. The culture is super inclusive with most people wearing what they want to work everyday.
