Difficult to live on the grad salary in London. I feel 20% higher pay would provide a reasonable improvement in living conditions without adversely impacting the financial incentive to qualify.

At the time it wasn't completely clear to me that the role and company would be as good as it has turned out to be.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to CBRE Group?
Look at CBRE's values and assess if they align to your own values. If they do then the company will probably be a good fit for you. If not then ask yourself why and if you're prepared and able to adapt. Be prepared to clearly demonstrate in your application how your own values align to CBRE's with evidence from prior study, work and extra-curricular experience.
