Overall, how would you describe your experience at Frazer-Nash Consultancy?
I've really enjoyed my time at Frazer-Nash so far. My team have supported me very well across the past year, offering opportunities for development and pushing me outside of my comfort zone too.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I've worked on a variety of projects, so the variety is what I've enjoyed most.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Even within the first few weeks of my role, I was trusted to do my job and felt valued by the team around me. As my first year in the role has progressed, I've had more opportunities to contribute to the team and definitely feel valued.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

I think we're compensated well. There are additional perks available, such as Bupa private healthcare, free mortgage support, a cycle to work scheme, discounted gym memberships, and a good pension contribution too.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Frazer-Nash are preparing me well by allowing me to work on projects that I enjoy and working with a variety of people across the business.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

I'm developing new skills each day by working across different parts of the business, as well as good exposure to clients and client work. There are multiple internal training opportunities too, as well as support being available to undergo external qualifications too.

The support I've received has been great from the team I work with. Other colleagues offer extra support too if needed.
How is your work-life balance?

Work-life balance is great. I enjoy having the flexibility to work from home too which gives me more time in the evenings, especially in winter.

I wasn't too sure what to expect when I first started, but the job has enabled me to explore areas which I wanted to get experience in.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Frazer-Nash Consultancy?
I think the most important thing during the recruitment process is being true to yourself. Being comfortable within the interview process and knowing why you want to be in that role allows you to demonstrate who you are as a person, which is important in a consultancy setting.
