Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at NatWest Group?
The company has a strong culture and an exceptionally well-structured graduate scheme. I had the opportunity to work with various teams, and these rotations played an important role in developing my knowledge and expanding my professional network within the industry. The experience allowed me to gain valuable insights into different aspects of the business, which has been instrumental in my professional growth.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Different teams come with different responsibilities, but I enjoyed my time most when I was working on the innovative side of the bank. There, I helped develop new fintech ideas and had the opportunity to work with the investment team to evaluate pitch decks and companies for potential investment, which shaped my exposure to the VC world.
