Overall, how would you describe your experience at NatWest Group?
I've been really enjoying it and I'd like to keep building my career with NatWest.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Main responsibilities: 1. Primarily providing reporting insight and challenge to stakeholders using risk judgement 2. Supporting the team lead by providing subject matter expert and project input and challenge into initiatives and strategic programs 3. Maintaining networks and stakeholder relationships, as well as managing and embedding team visions, goals and plans in line with the strategy for data and reporting ; Which elements I enjoy most: strong skills in MS Excel & the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with Data Partners across the bank.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

A 5-star rate. My role helps the board / senior leadership team with recognizing the risks in the department & across the organization which is very meaningful.

We have a customer focused culture which means we start with customers, we raise the bar and we own our impact. Values are simplify, grow and operate. General atmosphere is very nice.

A 5-star rate as the company has lots of CSR initiatives and it pretty much takes place every week or at least happens monthly.
