Overall, how would you describe your experience at NatWest Group?
Great experience to join a large and reputable bank. Great environment for younger talent as well with many senior colleagues willing to coach and teach the grads.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Various rotations across different teams in the bank including Fraud, Payments & products.
Responsibilities vary by role but you are normally a core member of the team contributing and supporting the teams deliverables.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

How is the support you receive?

Support from graduate manager is great as they are volunteers and therefore tend to dedicate time and help you make the most of your placements.
You are also assigned a buddy as well who joined the bank the prior year.
How is your work-life balance?

Working patterns vary by teams but so far they have been very accommodating to the graduates. Most allow some flex between start and finish times if requested by the grad.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Strong support for accessibility bank wide with making accommodations to support employees who require them. Many diversity events held in the main offices each year.
