Overall, how would you describe your experience at NatWest Group?
The organisation offers excellent growth opportunities and career development, supported by a positive culture and a collaborative working environment.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have had roles around data analysis and risk analysis. These were in a variety of departments including Fraud, Financial Crime and Payments.

We are assigned a placement manager, graduate manager and a graduate buddy. This provides us with multiple support channels depending on the query or issue.

How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

The roles are not always directly technology related as the scheme title 'Digital Transformation' would suggest. There is quite a diversity of what placements there are. However, overall, the description of the scheme is accurate and what I expected in terms of change management and making improvements to how we do things as a bank.

Research the banks purpose, strategy and behaviours.
