Overall, how would you describe your experience at CBRE Group?
My experience as CBRE so far has been great. They offer so much support to their grads in all of the roles. I have settled in so easily and am working with a great team. There is so much opportunity to learn and take part in extra-curricular activities to help grow your network.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Main responsibilities include carrying out inspections, assisting the team in writing reports, writing dilapidations schedules, raising invoices etc.

CBRE are a huge company who offer a vast range of job roles, they offer a lot of support and are a great company to work for if you're looking for a career in property.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to CBRE Group?
When applying I think it's important to really be yourself. For grad roles I think CBRE place a lot of importance on hiring the right type of person rather than focusing solely on academic ability. Show that you are motivated, willing to learn and up for a challenge.
