Overall, how would you describe your experience at Computacenter?
The graduate scheme was well structured, however there was also a Sales graduate scheme which ran alongside ours, this one seemed to be prioritised over the Services graduate scheme, with a lot of the activities in the beginning 1-2 months being tailored to the Sales role. However, once the introductions were over, and we went into guided role, this became a lot better and was a beneficial scheme.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
It is mainly managing internal teams, along with being the customer contact/escalation. I have enjoyed creating these relationships with the customer and helping to keep internal teams aligned.

Why?
Computacenter have great values and are a good employer. If someone is wanting to enter the IT industry I would recommend CC.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

It was hard to know exactly what the role would entail from the recruitment process. It became more clear once we began and got started.
