Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Computacenter?
I joined Computacenter through the graduate programme and quickly got exposure to different parts of the business. Within two months, I moved into a Service Manager role and started contributing to my account. I’ve had direct customer interaction and worked across teams to deliver value early on, which helped me build a solid foundation.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Computacenter to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I’d recommend Computacenter because you’re given real responsibility early on and the chance to make an impact. The culture is supportive, and while the graduate programme could be more structured, you learn a lot by being hands-on. It’s a great place to grow and develop new skills.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
3/5
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Computacenter?
The graduate programme at Computacenter is a long process, so be prepared for that but don’t let it put you off. My biggest tip is to just be yourself. The interviews and assessments are as much about you getting to know the company as they are about Computacenter getting to know you. The culture here is great and they’re looking for people whose values match CC.
