Overall, how would you describe your experience at Computacenter?
My time at Computacenter has been both insightful and enriching. The company fosters a welcoming environment, and I’ve gained a great deal of valuable experience.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
As a Project Manager, my core responsibility is to oversee projects from initiation through to completion. This includes planning, tracking progress, leading customer calls, identifying and managing risks and issues, and handling change management. What I enjoy most is collaborating with people and challenging myself in new and dynamic project environments
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

This role is helping me prepare for the next stage of my career. I’m really enjoying project management and have developed a strong foundation of relevant skills and experience that I can build on in the future. I’ve also established valuable networks that will support my growth and open up new opportunities.

I would rate the development of my skills through both formal training and day-to-day responsibilities both strong. Formal training has helped me build a solid foundation in project management methodologies and tools. My day to day job role has enabled me to develop these skills in a real life project environment. I have been able to learn from experience, learn from mistakes and learn from others.

I have a very good work-life balance. I'm able to manage my time effectively, ensuring that I meet work commitments while also maintaining time for personal activities outside of work.

These initiatives are very important to Computacenter. As much as they can they run important events based on these key values yet again to bring everyone together and to support all communities here at Computacenter.
