Trainee Dental nurse Review

My job role as a trainee dental nurse is chair-side assistance, receptionist work and completing an apprenticeship alongside it.

My apprenticeship is well organised and can be completed online. They’re are equal parts of individual work and work with other apprentices. only courses to interact with other are held weekly which allows us to revise our knowledge and share ideas with others.

I receive lots of support from the apprenticeship team both on calls and from a tutor assessor who is always available to help. Some pieces of work require interaction with colleagues to develop answers.

My training provider supports me fully to help towards qualifying. I have had a positive experience so far in starting my course. Receiving feedback and continuous support through completing work with someone always available to answer queries.

They push us to progress and provide templates that reflect on learning so that you can revisit modules. Self reflection helps to identify gaps and areas to progress on.

I think they provide support throughout, they care about each individual apprentice, and help them towards their goal/qualification. Work is set out to be manageable alongside working hours and an appropriate time frame is given for completion. All employees of tempdent have been friendly and knowledgeable. They are all reassuring and I trust tempdent to help me become a qualified nurse. They provide high quality resources to ensure everyone has a fair apprenticeship presented to them. They are flexible and help meet specific needs that an apprentice may require, working around other commitments we may have.
