Excellent, extensive training is offered on the job and everyone is keen to help with your development.

- Administrative tasks involved with completing reinsurance transactions.

The initial support is beyond brilliant however, I think more routine check-ins could be put in place just to see how you're getting on and to build a trust-based relationship between buddys/HR and apprentices.
