Overall, how would you describe your experience at Computacenter?
I thoroughly enjoyed the Service Management graduate scheme at Computacenter. The skills and knowledge I learned during this time have been invaluable to me both professionally and personally.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Personally, my favourite element of the role was getting involved in commercial management. However, other responsibilities included; contractual obligation management, stakeholder management and driving continuous service improvement.

Computacenter is a great company to work for. Everyone is so welcoming and is always happy to help (or find someone who can if they can't). They provide you with a great support system to help you feel comfortable in your new role and put time and energy into developing your skillset.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Computacenter?
Be yourself! Service management is centred around communicating with people, whether that be customers or internal colleagues. Therefore showcasing your interpersonal skills throughout the recruitment process is key!
