Overall, how would you describe your experience at Computacenter?
I thoroughly enjoyed the Service Management graduate scheme at Computacenter. The skills and knowledge I learned during this time have been invaluable to me both professionally and personally.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Personally, my favourite element of the role was getting involved in commercial management. However, other responsibilities included; contractual obligation management, stakeholder management and driving continuous service improvement.
