Very team dependent

Behind industry standard. Very heavily weighted down for outside London roles although our client base and charge out rates are the same and many in London never even go into office.

Well. Company is growing and has an ok reputation

Experience & Company Culture

How is the support you receive?
2/5
HR are outsourced and slow to respond to queries. Line managers often direct you to general mailboxes for queries as rightly - they are focused on delivering work for clients.
How is your work-life balance?
5/5
Great - rarely work late
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?
3/5
Probably a bit too much remote working for my liking. Many people never come into the office. Hybrid working policy too flexible.
How would you rate Forvis Mazars initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?
4/5
How would you rate Forvis Mazars CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?
4/5
Pretty solid. Two volunteering days a year (if you can get permission from your team).
