Overall, how would you describe your experience at Computacenter?
Very positive, tough but warranted as it gives you a foundation to succeed from.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Rotations around the business both customer facing (technology areas) and internal functions such as logistics, legal, finance etc. Paired with tasks given to you throughout the scheme by your team to gain hands on expereince.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Naturally we are not going to be given the most important things initially to manage within your team, but if you want to contribute all you have to do is ask and there is work there to be done.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Pay could be adjusted to better reflect current job market and living costs (especially for living in London) as it has not changed for many years.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

There is a reason many of the most successful sales people at Computacenter came from the graduate scheme, if not through technical knowledge the relationships made and exposure given prepares you extremely well.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

Lots of soft skills such as relationship building, presentation skills and objection handling. Hard to fully understand the hard skills learnt for sales as it doesn't really rely on them.

How is the support you receive?

Buddy's, Coaches and Mentors will offer all the support you need as long as you ask for it and are clear with what you are expecting from them.
How is your work-life balance?

It can get stressful in some weeks with presentations etc and the expectation is there that if you need to work late, you work late etc. but there is support there for you.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Great organisation with a fantastic 'Work Hard - Play Hard' culture that I appreciate. Hybrid working is an option but personally I want to be in the office as much as possible to broaden my network.

It's pretty well spelled out from the start on what you are doing and what is expected from you.

Expect it to be hard, be yourself and research the business. Speak to people that have done the scheme.
