Overall, how would you describe your experience at Computacenter?
My experience so far at Computacenter has been fantastic. As a recent graduate, I was a little nervous about entering a large, established company, but the support system here is incredible.
The onboarding process was thorough, giving me a solid understanding of the company's culture and our role in helping customers. I was immediately given meaningful work and felt like a valuable member of the team from day one. It's not just about what you know; it's about being willing to learn and contribute, and Computacenter really fosters that.
The best part is the people. Everyone, from my direct manager to senior leaders, has been approachable and willing to share their knowledge. The focus is on collaboration and continuous learning, which makes it an ideal environment for anyone starting their career in IT. I'm excited to see where I can grow with the company.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main responsibilities of my role involve supporting our team with key technical and sales-related tasks. I'm involved in everything from helping with deal registrations to understanding the technical requirements of our solutions for customers.
What I've enjoyed the most is the opportunity to meet and get to know so many different people, both within our team and at our partner companies. Building those relationships has been a highlight. I've also really enjoyed developing my communication skills, especially in sales-related conversations, which has been a great way to grow personally and professionally.
