Overall, how would you describe your experience at Latham & Watkins?
Very positive - attorneys at Latham are bright and fantastic members. The training contract at Latham is structured well and trainees are provided with opportunities to work on top of the market deals.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy the level of responsibility at Latham. Deal teams are generally more lean so I am able to gain responsibilities in areas of work that are beyond my class year.

If you enjoy working on top of the market, cross border and challenging deals that end up on the front page of press releases, then Latham is the firm for you. All teams at Latham are top of the market and the teamwork, collaboration and mentorship at the firm is what makes Latham truly special. There are a variety of affinity groups and networks within the firm which create a strong sense of community so think about which might be of interest to you when applying to the firm.
