Overall, how would you describe your experience at Latham & Watkins?
Very good training contract, you get to work with the best lawyers in the market who put real effort into training you.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
This differs across the seats you do, you are given a lot of responsibility very early on. By the end of your rotation you are expected to run entire workstreams by yourself and then asking for guidance when needed.

I really enjoy working at Latham, there are of course tough times and late nights but it is nice as everyone is in it together.
