First step is training for the role, via virtual training, crash courses etc.
Every intern is assigned a Career coach, a project and a manager, which you shadow by joining in daily briefings, stand ups and 1 to 1.
Meanwhile you get acquainted with the team and project itself.

Even though the multi-step application process can be somewhat overwhelming and challenging, everyone should absolutely apply. It is absolutely worth it, even relocating and taking a pause in studies.
