Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
Very good and insightful.
Learning a huge amount and meeting a variety of interesting people who are also very supportive within the working environment.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Carrying out service charge reconciliations.
Reporting to clients.
Attending CPD training.
Preparing service charge budgets.
Helping assist the team with day to day tasks.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Excellent - I will be given the chance to carry out tasks myself making a meaningful contribution and then learning from where I did well or can improve.

Excellent - I think the benefits and packages i receive are great and very reasonable being a graduate surveyor.

I receive great support from my line manager and HR, as they check in from time to time and are very helpful in explaining things to me / answering any questions.

I think they take mental wellbeing seriously and the support is there if you want it.

They carry out various events with regards to this including bringing in food to the office for us to try from different cultures

I have attended volunteering days such as helping out at food banks and they encourage everyone to have at least one volunteering day annually.
