Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
You get the opportunity to learn and work alongside the best in the industry on the best projects. Social company with lots of opportunity to meet people within the industry.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Preparing client reports, property inspections, valuing properties, collating comparable evidence, pricing schemes.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Dependent on the team, usually high but this does depend on the team. Mostly you feel very involved and part of the team and provided with high levels of responsibility to deliver work.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Pay is low considering the job is based in london and we are expected to be in the office on average 4-5 days a week. Limited opportunity for bonus on graduate scheme. Health insuracne, cycle to work scheme, pension all good perks. Best thing is learning alongside industry experts and building a good contact base.
