Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
My experience at Savills has been very positive. I've gained broad exposure to building surveying instructions, worked on a variety of projects and gradually taken greater responsibility. The team has been supportive, and the experience has significantly developed my technical knowledge, client confidence and progress towards the APC.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibilities include undertaking inspections, preparing reports and specifications, assisting with dilapidations, planned maintenance and contract administration, and liaising with clients and contractors. I most enjoy the variety of the role, particularly site inspections, problem-solving and seeing projects progress from the initial survey through to completion.
