Overall, how would you describe your experience at Sellafield Ltd?
I'm really enjoying my time at Sellafield Ltd. The variety of placements has been fantastic for developing my engineering skills, offering great experience across different areas of the business and helping me grow both technically and professionally.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I’m a year into the Graduate Scheme at Sellafield Ltd and have completed placements in Reliability Engineering and Design Engineering. Both have helped me build strong technical skills. I’m about to start a Construction placement, which I’m excited for. I really enjoy the variety and the chance to learn from experienced teams.

I’d definitely recommend Sellafield to a friend, the work is genuinely interesting, the placements are great for developing engineering skills, and the perks and flexibility make it a really supportive place to grow.
