Great workplace environment, full of friendly and supportive people that really care about your personal and professional development. The programme was very well structured, being a rotational scheme, it gave me great exposure to the different towers of the business, the senior leadership team and how they operated in tandem with my role.

Managing customer relationships, enterprise sales, presentations and pitches, workshops, vendor and customer events.
The part I enjoy the most is certainly the social aspect of working with my team, events and networking occasions which have allowed me to connect with some incredible people in the industry.

Team have included me from the very beginning; empowering me to complete projects and jobs on their behalf and individually. I have been allowed to make creative and commercial decisions independently and always received support from senior leadership to do so.

Remuneration is fine, relative to other graduate schemes, although hasn't been updated for a number of years and doesn't consider recent changes in the cost of living since the pandemic.

Great, I feel fully supported and equipped to move forward in this field.

I have been aligned a buddy, coach and mentor - all fantastically supportive and helpful, bringing a variety of experiences and years in the industry to teach and support me.

Good - work week is busy but the workplace culture is to always enjoy your weekends and time off, it is important to recharge!
