It was a very fulfilling and insightful experience - I learned a lot about Natwest's value and culture as well as what my chosen divison's daily work entails. I alsl connected with lots of employees at Natwest. Everyone was super nice and passionate about their job here at natwest:)

After talking to the colleagues at natwest I'm even more attracted to my chosen Division (financing solutions) as it sounds very impactful and intellectually stimulating, but I think I still need to get a summer internship in financing solutions to learn more about it before I can say it's what I want to do for sure:)

Yes
Why?
Although I was only there for a day I could feel that it's got a great working culture, as everyone I met in the firm were so nice and passionate about their job:)
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest Group?
It's an amazing workplace especially if you value good WLB. It's culture is much better than the bulge brackets and elite boutiques, but it may not suit you if you prefer a extremely fast-paced and competitive environment, but it still offers lots of learning opportunities!
