Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I checked tickets everyday, managed absences and conducted exit interviews as well as populated excel charts from the advisors.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

As time progressed, they trusted me with doing tasks of more importance. I was populating excel charts that were complex and had meeting with advisors and Business Partners.

At the beginning i was kind of left alone but when i told my mentor and buddy i needed some guidance and a higher workload they were very receptive.

The company is very diverse and have multiple groups such as aced, and pryde and co which allow people from minorities to come together and celebrate their culture.
