Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
They very much teach you to be able to be able to do the work of an analyst when you leave. Many of the tasks given are at analyst level and then taught to you by the team. They are very helpful in teaching you what you need to know and senior management is very attentive to teaching the interns!
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I was placed on client calls and did work for deals taking place at the time.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Yes, I learnt way more than I expected coming in. The learning also comes quite naturally as you get tasks relating to what you have learnt throughout the internship, so it really cements the new skills. People from other offices are also always open to have coffee chats with you to teach you what they do.

This was probably the most impressive part of the internship. Whenever you have a question, those above you are more than happy to discuss it.
