As an Advocacy Apprentice for Lancôme, I work on seeding mailers, eventing and paid influencer content! I work with the team to help increase brand engagement in the beauty industry. My day-to-day tasks include sending gifting to influencers and helping manage seeding mailers!
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the apprenticeship programme as I am able to gain hand-on experience whilst working towards a qualification in marketing! I have been able to develop my skills in the work environment and I'm able to relate this to my studies.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have developed so many skills including campaign management, leadership skills, event preparation and many more. I have developed my time management and organisational skills as advocacy is always busy and fast-paced!

Yes, you can sign-up to clubs eg. sports clubs, reading clubs! There are also a few Early Career events that run throughout the year eg. ice-skating, summer party!
