Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Sat within the onboarding team and given project to get on with. Additionally would sit in team meetings to gain understanding on what they do day to day. Also had a general intern business project which I worked on with the other 5 HR interns.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes was given my own project within my team and had a group project which we were given autonomy over.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I had consistent support from my manager and team. Also, had great support from the colleagues who were leading the intern business project as well as the Grads who were supporting on it too.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone was so nice and so warm. Everyone was willing to help and give their time. It was a generally positive environment - people seemed happy to work here.
