Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

In a Journey Developer role, the team is specialised in delivering new products (e.g. credit card), making sure every step runs seamless for customers and the bank.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I had a full but engaging calendar every day, but activities vary from shadowing meetings to self learning and independent tasks (were all manageable)

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

It is an active learning environment which turns possibilities into progress. We follow the bank's behaviours and will be assessed against those. There is also a CSR day where we make social contributions.
