As a Summer Analyst, we rotated in three teams and were able to discover Markets' role.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
As it is quite short term (3 weeks per team), we were mostly shadowing but also had some more ad-hoc projects.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
I truly enjoyed Citi's culture and atmosphere, it felt really professional but relaxed/casual at the same time. People are genuinely smart, humble and very approachable. It really felt like home.
