Day to day involves meetings with your team on the projects you are doing, meeting people in the wider business, tours of the company site, doing courses and training.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given the a lot responsibility for example to book meetings, be independent with my time and when I to come into the office.

I have learnt communicating with colleagues globally, I have further developed my organisation skills. Skills I am looking to develop are my digital skills e.g. Power Bi, and excel.

I am able to have 1:1 meeting with my manager, and the wider team, where they can support me in any aspect. When working on my project I am able to get guidance from the wider projects team for further clarification.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Great company culture, everyone has time to speak to you and support you in career development. General atmosphere in the office is nice and is well suited to different individuals.
