Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My role was to identify opportunities for improvement of FAQ chat bot and create new content to improve customer experience. On a day-to-day basis, I worked on reviewing chats, spotting opportunities for improvement, and drafting new content. Along side that, my role involved a lot of communication with my team to ensure accuracy and keeping all stakeholders updated.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given an appropriate level of responsibility as for an intern. My hiring leaders gave me opportunity to decide my approach myself while also being there to support and review my work.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Company culture is positive and diverse in a lot of senses. There are multiple opportunities for connecting with different social groups, as well as a lot of chances to get involved in CSR initiatives.
